Cyber Wellness

Screen Time, Media Multitasking & Devices

Listening to music while doing homework and checking social media all at the same time? Many (adults included) find ourselves unable to concentrate properly and lose efficiency when doing work while being connected online. This programme explains various effects of multitasking through experiential learning games and videos. Students reflect on their own habits, learn top tips and best practices to improve their focus!
